The Wagner has an average build with blond hair and brown eyes.
Personality
The Wagner enjoys drawing attention to himself, often making egregious comments in order to do so. He is not respectful of others' boundaries and will continue to run over other people with his strong will.

The Wagner's technque, Dick Pic blocks the entire field of view of an opponent with an image of Wagner’s genitals. While simple, this technique is not to be underestimated, as it effectively blinds those who encounter it, not to mention considerable psychological damage.
